Reminders of spring

  • by

The weather in our part of the world today has been decidedly spring like. The sun appearing through the clouds as we were out and about today reminded me very much of last week in France. But more than that. The blossom is on some of the trees and early daffodils are appearing hear and there. These all serve as reminders of spring.

I'm naked in the garden in February. Between my legs are two daffodils just coming into bloom. This image is pre my breast reconstruction and shows my mastectomy scar.

This week’s throwback Thursday is a real reminder of an early spring past. Another version of this image was shared on the blog in February Photofest 2020. Spring might have started even earlier that year, certainly I posted it on 8th February. This year my daffodils are getting ready to flower but are a little behind this.

Following on from my post yesterday, this provides another reminder. Of when I had just the one boob. I look happy and proud, and I was. But I must admit to preferring the me with 2 rather than one.
